-Lead the incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and the development of corrective action plans.

Qualifications:
-Possession of OSHA 30 certification or the capability to acquire one by the hire date.
-CPR Certification or the capability to obtain it before the start date.
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a safety position.
-Familiarity with the solar mechanical racking and module installation industry.
-Comprehension of OSHA regulations regarding Personal Protective Equipment for the specific job.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
-Capacity to think strategically and exhibit strong leadership qualities.
-Profound knowledge of relevant regulations.
-Possession of a valid US Driver's license or ID.
-Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) certification (preferred).
-Understanding of lightning stand downs and appropriate actions during potential lightning occurrences.
